Use
BCF Network Machine is used for air making of polypropylene BCF
filament,tittering range from 3000D to 10000D network filament,forming
into circular cylindrical robbin decoration cloth and carpet etc.
Structure feature
1. The machine is setted with longth counting instrument,which can
determine lonth and weight,detecte broken silk automatically
2. It use up-down rollers middle network,drive part of upper roller
is cocking debugable triagonal pulley,finetune the speed of upper
roller to reach the best tenside force of network
3. All drivers are transported by flexble belt,drivers controlled
by frequency transformator are ganging.
4. Finishing forming into shape is done by two crossed moving cam
boxes getting die block to move reciprocally
5. Robbin grip is setted up carriage surface,the carriage is pulled
by heavy tackle to create a suitful force between robbin and frication
stick.
6. Frication stick takes use of metal surface annular knurl complex
plating.
